All statements regarding the authenticity, description, or condition of the artwork represent my professional opinion and judgment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
The total price including delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Payment is required in full before any artwork is dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
I will deliver the goods to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure this information is accurate.
Risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to you upon delivery.
Standard delivery within the UK is typically fulfilled within 30 days, unless a different timeframe is agreed upon at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright remains with the artist: When you purchase an original painting, you own the physical artwork, but I retain all copyright and reproduction rights.
You may not reproduce, scan, or use the artwork for any commercial purpose (e.g., creating prints or cards) without my express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, I shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or damage to third parties arising from the purchase of the artwork.
My total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for the goods.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
