Returns & refunds

Thank you for supporting my work. As an independent artist, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and the process for returns and refunds in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Right to Cancel: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason.

1. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact me via my Big Cartel contact form or email within 14 days of receiving your painting.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • It is highly recommended to use a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot issue a refund if the item is lost or damaged during the return transit.

2. Refunds

Once the artwork is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Deductions: A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling by you.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will arrange for a full refund or a replacement (where possible) at no extra cost to you.

4. International Orders

For customers outside of the UK, please note that any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are non-refundable by the artist.
